Do you provide certified translations?

Yes, we provide certified translations that are prepared by NAATI certified translators who have up-to-date credentials with NAATI.

How long does the translation take?

We need to review the documents before we confirm the estimated delivery time. Most standard document translations take 1-2 business days for email delivery. Same-day urgent delivery may be possible for some documents (subject to availability), such as European driver licence translation for car-rental purposes.

I am expecting an email and it has not arrived, what can I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first, especially for Microsoft mail users (Hotmail, Live, Outlook etc.). If the expected email cannot be found, please email us to follow up on the status of the job.

What are the payment options?

We accept credit card payment, bank transfer or bank deposit. Payment is in AUD and we have USD, SGD and Euro payment options. If you have any special requirements to make payment by another currency, please mention this in your quote request.

My credit card was rejected during payment, what can I do?

Check there is sufficient funds in your bank account, or if you have exceeded your daily spend, or if you have exceeded a payment limit.
We can also provide banking details for bank transfers. Just request for it via email from the last email correspondence.

Do you have an office I can visit?

No, we do not have a walk-in office and the business is conducted online.

Is it possible to come to your office to have a same-day service?

No, we do not have walk-in offices. Please allow sufficient time for your translation to be prepared and checked before delivery.

What time does your office open?

Monday – Friday (8am-8pm)
Saturday – Sunday (Limited email support)

Can you certify translations that I provide?

No, we are unable to certify translations by other translators / translation companies.

I need to change something in the translation, what can I do?

You need to email us all change requests, for a response and proper record of changes.

I am worried about the spelling of names in translation, what can I do?

Please provide all official spelling of names before job commencement, especially for languages such as Arabic, Cantonese, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Farsi, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Please also note we cannot add or remove names in the translation, the names have to match the source document.
